Create AI Stack License

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement ("Agreement"), Create AI Stack ("Licensor") hereby grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Use the Create AI Stack boilerplate code ("Software") for the purpose of developing, testing, and deploying commercial and personal applications
• Modify the Software for your own use in accordance with this Agreement
• Create derivative works based on the Software for your own applications
• Distribute the Software as part of your deployed applications to end users

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the Software to:

• Build and deploy web applications, mobile applications, and software services
• Use the Software in commercial products and services for sale or distribution
• Create multiple applications and projects using the Software
• Share your applications built with the Software with end users
• Deploy applications in any environment (cloud, on-premises, hybrid)

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the original Software code to third parties
• Use the Software to create competing boilerplate products or development tools
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Software
• Use the Create AI Stack name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by applicable law
• Use the Software for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Share your license or access credentials with third parties

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you except for the limited license granted herein.

• The Software includes third-party dependencies and libraries, each governed by their respective licenses
• You are responsible for complying with all third-party license terms
• Any modifications you make to the Software remain subject to this Agreement
• You retain ownership of your original code and content added to applications built with the Software

5. Support and Updates

Your license includes lifetime access to:

• Software updates and bug fixes
• New features and improvements
• Documentation updates
• Community support through documentation and issue tracking

Support is provided on a reasonable effort basis. I do not guarantee response times or personalized development support.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Software in violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software
• Sections 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 shall survive termination

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Amendments

This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Licensor.

12. Third-Party Dependencies

The Software includes third-party dependencies and libraries. You are responsible for complying with the license terms of all third-party components included in the Software, including but not limited to:

• Next.js and React (MIT License)
• TypeScript (Apache 2.0)
• Tailwind CSS (MIT License)
• NextAuth.js (ISC License)
• Other open-source dependencies as listed in package.json
