By purchasing and using Create AI Stack ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Description of Service

Create AI Stack is a comprehensive SaaS boilerplate designed to help developers build AI-powered applications faster. The Product includes:

• Next.js 15 boilerplate with TypeScript
• Pre-built AI modules (Chat Bot, Image Generation, Text-to-Speech, Chat with PDF/RAG)
• Dashboard with analytics and usage tracking
• Authentication system (NextAuth.js with multiple providers)
• Database integration (MongoDB and Supabase support)
• Payment processing (LemonSqueezy integration)
• Email services (Resend integration)
• Lifetime updates and support

3. Purchase and Payment

The Product is available for a one-time payment of $99 USD. This payment grants you:

• Access to the complete codebase
• Right to use the Product for unlimited projects
• Lifetime updates to the boilerplate
• Access to documentation and setup guides

Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable. I do not offer refunds for digital products. Please review the Product features and demos before making a purchase.

4. License and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Product. The license is assigned to a single individual and cannot be shared or used by multiple people.

This license allows you to:

• Use the boilerplate code for unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify the code to fit your specific needs
• Deploy applications built with the Product

You strictly may not:

• Share your license or access to the Product with others
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the original Product code
• Publish the original Product code in any public repository

The Product includes third-party dependencies and libraries, each governed by their respective licenses.

5. User Obligations

As a user of Create AI Stack, you agree to:

• Use the Product in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Configure and integrate your own AI provider accounts (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Set up your own database, payment processing, and email service accounts
• Ensure your applications comply with AI provider terms of service
• Not use the Product for illegal or harmful purposes

6. Third-Party Services

Create AI Stack integrates with various third-party services. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your own accounts with AI providers
• Complying with each service provider's terms of service
• Managing your own API keys, billing, and usage limits
• Understanding and accepting costs associated with third-party services

I am not responsible for issues arising from third-party service interruptions, API changes, or policy updates.

7. Disclaimers

Create AI Stack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of security, reliability, or error-free operation
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of documentation or examples

The Product is a development tool. You are responsible for testing, securing, and maintaining your applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

9. Updates and Support

I provide lifetime updates to the Product codebase. Updates may include:

• Bug fixes and security patches
• New features and improvements
• Compatibility updates for dependencies
• Documentation updates

Support is provided through my documentation and issue tracking. I do not provide personalized development support or custom modifications.

10. Termination

Your license to use the Product continues indefinitely unless terminated. I reserve the right to terminate your access to any hosted services or support if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
